We offer different shipping options, including standard and express shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on your location and the weight of the package. We also offer free shipping on orders over $90.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package's progress.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from El Turco Coffee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving it, and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team before returning the product, and we will provide you with return instructions.
Once we receive the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days, including the return shipping cost.
